The Training and Development (T&D) Department is part of the Human Resources Function. The department has several responsibilities, the most crucial being capacity building of staff by conducting training needs assessments and accordingly organizing in-house, external and foreign training programmes.

T&D also manages the company’s orientation, on-job training, internship and foreign scholarship programmes.
