PHYSICAL VENUE OF 72^nd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

This is further to our AGM Notice published in national dailies on 8^th of October, 2023. In line with instructions received from the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, the Company’s 72^nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for Monday, 30^th October, 2023, at 10:30 AM, shall be held at Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi, as well as via video link facility (Zoom Cloud Meetings) for transacting the businesses mentioned in our earlier notice dated 8^th October 2023, which remains valid in all other respects.
