Production commences from PPL’s Adhi South-6

PPL actively ensures a robust supply of oil and gas for the nation through strategic initiatives, including production optimization and development drilling.

We are pleased to announce the successful commissioning of Adhi South-6, a new development well at the PPL-operated Adhi Field. The well adds 600 barrels per day of oil and 0.4 million standard cubic feet per day of gas. Drilled to a depth of 3,490 meters, the well was completed as a producer based on promising log results.

Adhi Field, a joint venture between PPL, OGDCL and POL, holds respective working interests of 39 percent, 50 percent and 11 percent.
