PPL constructed Thalassemia Diagnostic, Prevention & Research Center (TDPRC), Badin and provided furniture and equipment to this facility under and over & above PCA obligation, Sirani Block at District Badin with the total cost of Rs 31 million. Facilities of reception, waiting area, laboratory, blood management dept, admin office, tuck shop, conference Hall, OPD and wards have been provided in the project.
At TDPRC, teams of dedicated Doctors and paramedics are round the clock providing free of cost investigation, consultation, treatment facilities to patients of District Badin. Whereas, over 500 registered patients of other Districts also being benefitted the said facility.
