April 26, 2023: Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL), a leading E&P company since the early 1950s and one of the largest corporate donors in the country, has funded the establishment of ‘Center of Excellence for Research, Development & Training (CERDT)’ at University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore.
KARACHI, March 7, 2023: Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) has once again been adjudged as one of the largest corporate givers by volume of donations for 2020-21 and 2021-22 by Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP). This is the 18th consecutive year since 2004 that the company has maintained this philanthropic tradition.

Karachi: December 8, 2022: PPL and NED consider strengthening professional links: MD & CEO PPL Mr Imran Abbasy met with Vice Chancellor, NED University of Engineering & Technology (NED), Karachi Dr. Sarosh Hashmat Lodi on December 8, 2022, at PPL head office to discuss possibilities for strengthening professional links between the two organizations. Chairman, Advisory Board, Petroleum Engineering Department, NED, and former MD PPL Mr. Asim Murtaza Khan was also present.
Pakistan Petroleum Limited’s IT Data Center has been certified for ANSI/TIA-942 Rated-3 from EPI Pakistan for three years. This is the first data centre in the country’s oil and gas industry to achieve the certification milestone.

Members approved financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022, together with the auditor’s report.
