Karachi, October 30, 2023: The 72nd Annual General Meeting of Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) was held on October 30 at Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi. Members approved financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023, together with the auditor’s report. A final cash dividend of 15 percent on both ordinary and convertible preference shares was also approved. Hence, total dividend paid for the year is 25 percent.
Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) received the second position for Best Corporate Report Awards in fuel & energy category for its Annual Report 2022. The award ceremony was organized by ICAP and ICMA on October 12 at ICAP House, Karachi.

PPL’s RPA initiative is the Innovative Application of Robotic Automation Technology in Joint Venture Accounting by an E&P company in Pakistan.
