DISPATCH OF INTERIM DIVIDEND WARRANTS FOR THE YEAR ENDING 30 JUNE, 2012

 

We are pleased to announce that warrants in respect of interim dividend for the year ending 30 June, 2012 at 50% on paid-up Ordinary Share Capital and 30% on paid-up Convertible Preference Share Capital approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 25 January, 2012 have been dispatched to the shareholders at the addresses as per Company's record.
