Koohi Goth Hospital

Established in 2006 in Landhi, Karachi as a 200-bed healthcare facility, Koohi Goth Hospital (KGH) provides obstetrics and gynaecology services, free-of-cost to disadvantaged women, especially fistula patients with urology diseases due to childbirth complications, mostly from Sindh and Balochistan.

PPL has been supporting KGH since 2010 with a recent donation of Rs 8.641 million during 2019-20 for purchase of 10 infant incubators for its 24-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Earlier, PPL provided Rs. 4.8 million to KGH in 2014 for construction of a fully equipped ward and later in 2016 with Rs 9.27 million for purchasing equipment for the expanded operation theatre.
