Tajjal Gas Field

Gas from Tajjal-1 was being processed at Sawan Gas Processing Plant.

The appraisal wells Tajjal-2 and Tajjal-3 were abandoned as dry holes. Tajjal-4 was initially developed and completed as producer in May 2011. Later, the well started producing excessive water with sand. As a result, production from the well ceased in March 2014. Production from Tajjal-1 has also ceased because of excessive water production. Evaluation is underway for production revival along with additional exploratory potential.
