Sanghar, December 23, 2016: Federal Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources Shahid Khaqan Abbasi formally inaugurated the recently commissioned 50 MMscfd Gas Processing Facility II (GPF-II) at Gambat South Block during a well-attended event hosted by Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL). The occasion drew a diverse gathering comprising provincial and local government officials, area notables and media representatives. 

Karachi: December 13, 2016: Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) donated Rs. 12.4 million and Rs. 9.3 million to Indus Hospital as well as Koohi Goth Hospital, respectively, as part of its ongoing CSR efforts to provide free-of-cost, quality healthcare to the underprivileged. MD and CEO Syed Wamiq   Bokhari presented donation cheques to CEO Indus Hospital Dr. Abdul Bari Khan and President Koohi Goth Hospital Dr. Syed Tipu Sultan on December 13 in the presence of representatives from both organizations and company staff at a simple event organized at PPL’s head office, Karachi.


Karachi: December 7, 2016: Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) recently achieved a major milestone in November with net PPL production once again crossing the 1 Bcfe/day-mark, resulting in an overall production increase of more than 10 percent during the current year as compared to 2014-2015.

PPL announces Scholarship Scheme 2016-2017 for students of Balochistan under a 4-year Study Plan from Grade 9th to 12th: In order to impart quality education to promising and underprivileged youth of Balochistan, Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) announces scholarships under 4-year educational programme for students of Dera Bugti and other districts in Balochistan who are presently enrolled in Grade 9 at any well-reputed Cadet/ Military/ Residential schools & colleges established by the government across the country.

PPL announces Higher Professional Education Scholarship Schemes 2016: In order to promote quality education around its operational areas, Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) announces special scholarship schemes for students presently enrolled in professional bachelor's/ master's level degree programmes at select public sector universities across the country.

Karachi: August 19, 2016: Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) donated equipment worth Rs. 20 million to Murshid Hospital and Health Care Centre (MHHCC), Hub for its various faculties. MD & CEO PPL Syed Wamiq Bokhari handed over the equipment to Medical Director MHHCC Dr. Abdul Sattar Jaffer in the presence of Chairman MHHCC Abdul Razzak Jaffer as well as officials from both organizations at a simple ceremony held on August 19 at the hospital. 

Quetta, August 12, 2016: The final of PPL Balochistan Football Cup 2016 sponsored by Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) was played between Quetta and Qilla Abdullah (Chaman) on August 12 at the Ayub Football Stadium, Quetta.

Quetta, August 6, 2016: Governor Balochistan, Muhammad Khan Achakzai inaugurated the final round of PPL Balochistan Football Cup 2016 sponsored by Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) at a ceremony held on August 6 at the Ayub Football Stadium, Quetta.
