Mohammad Khalid Rehman

A seasoned professional with more than 30 years of national and international experience, Mohammad Khalid Rehman joined Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) in 2009 as Chief Accountant in Finance Department. Since then, he has held various positions, including Manager Treasury Operations and Senior Manager Finance. Later, he managed Corporate Planning function as Senior Manager Corporate Planning before assuming the charge as Chief Financial Officer to oversee Finance. More recently, he was promoted to Deputy Managing Director/ Chief Financial Officer on April 27, 2022.  

Prior to joining PPL, Rehman was associated with a number of reputable organizations, including Ernst & Young Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder, Umer Group of Companies, ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited, State Street Fund Services Toronto, Inc and Bank of Montreal, gaining rich experience in Pakistan, Canada and Egypt.

Rehman is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, CPA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, Canada as well as associate member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan.

He has attended numerous national and international training programmes on leadership, strategy, International Financial Reporting Standards, taxation and risk assessment.
