MANAGER HR TALENT MANAGEMENT

This position will report to Head of Human Resources and be responsible to lead talent acquisition, onboarding, manpower planning and budgeting, performance and rewards management, employee engagement and HR operations. The role will also be responsible for overseeing learning and development of all management and non-management staff through in-house and external training as per standardized training guidelines and skill matrix.

Job Profile / Specifications

Possess broad knowledge of human resources operations, talent acquisition, rewards & performance management, employee engagement and learning & development 
 
Able to develop and execute recruitment plans: advertising, shortlisting, interviews and selection of candidates in line with company’s HR policy and organizing on-boarding for new entrants

Able to oversee HR operations, including transfers/ postings, time management, leave management, exit management, manpower planning & budgeting 

Capable of managing compensation and benefits surveys with comparable benchmark companies, collate information from State Bank report and CPI surveys, analyze results and propose changes in remuneration package to address market positioning and external equity issue

Capable of managing performance management system, including setting of annual KPOs, mid-year review and annual appraisal ratings, as per defined deadlines 

Capable of managing annual increment, promotion and transfer exercise: processing departmental recommendations, facilitate management reviews, obtain requisite approvals, and ensure timely execution

Able to oversee employee engagement surveys and ensure effective implementation of approved action plan for increasing employee engagement and satisfaction 

Able to maintain contact with all corporate work locations through regular visits, HR open days and other communication means to remain informed about staff related matters

Capable of planning and implementing effective staff training programmes based on training need assessment (TNA) to meet organizational requirements

Able to oversee management of SAP / SuccessFactors and ensure efficiency and cost reduction through process improvements to provide an accurate and seamless user experience

Capable of leading a team of professionals by providing clear direction and motivation

Qualification and Experience

Master’s degree in management or administrative sciences from reputable local or foreign institutions/ universities recognized by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, preferably from a foreign university, with minimum 20 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a management position in human resources
