Following PPL Balochistan Football Cup 2016, the company is hosting the second edition in line with its commitment to the people of Balochistan. The basic premise is to engage youth from the grassroots in healthy recreation and provide a platform to identify and nurture talent as part of PPL’s long-term stake for improving quality of life for deserving communities in the province.

The event is being organized in collaboration with Government of Balochistan, Pakistan Football Federation and Balochistan Football Association. Former national footballers Muhammad Essa Khan, Zahid Hameed, Saadullah, Sher Ali, Nasrullah Khan and Mehmood Ali are the tournament ambassadors.

PPL will provide attractive incentives and prizes for all teams playing at the district-level and final rounds as well as sports kit to all players, besides meeting other expenses, enabling optimum participation from all areas. The company has also invested in renovating football grounds in Balochistan where the round and final matches will be played.
