Karwan-e-Hayat

PPL has been supporting Karwan-e-Hayat (KH) since 2002, a non-profit welfare organization established in 1983, that provides treatment and rehabilitation services to underprivileged mentally challenged patients either free-of-cost or at substantially subsidized rates.
A donation of Rs. 4.86 million was provided by the company during 2019-20 to support operations of a 9-bed ward at KH’s 100-bed hospital in Keamari.
Earlier, PPL has supported KH for its various operational needs through annual donations between 2002 and 2016 with a total contribution of over Rs. 20 million.
