Higher Professional Education Scholarships

The Higher Education Scholarship was initiated in 2005 to enable promising students of District Dera Bugti to pursue higher studies in engineering, medicine, business administration and information technology at reputable institutions across the country.

To date, the scholarship scheme has benefited about 213students of District Dera Bugti. In 2011, education was included as a new discipline to this category and the scholarship opportunities were extended beyond Dera Bugti to cover areas where the company’s other productions assets are located. The total number of beneficiaries belonging to District Kashmore, Kamber–Shahdadkot, Sanghar, Matiari and Tehsil Gujjar Khan,District Rawalpindi are 184.

These students are expected to add to the local qualified human resource pool and assist in development of respective communities.
