Sui Model School & Girls College
Sui Model School and Girls Collage (SMS&GC) established as primary school in 1957 to provide education for children of Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) employees and local communities living in and around the field.
Access to healthcare facilities is a basic civic requirement especially where families live in joint family system in small homes, belongs to low income group and work hard to earn their livelihood, raise their children and share basic amenities with each other. Consequently, suffers from health issues and epidemic diseases and they does not have access to health care facilities.
Meaningful, durable infrastructure is a crucial part of development. In Pakistan, especially in far-flung areas, such facilities are either not available or of poor quality. This results in a large population, particularly the disadvantaged, leading a marginalized life without access to basic facilities such as road networks, schools and potable water.
Due to environmental factors, especially Climate Change, natural disasters have become a regular feature across the globe, wreaking havoc on people and infrastructure. Natural disasters can become particularly destructive and grave for countries such as Pakistan, where preparedness and mitigation are not streamlined.
